• Please give the information requested when you call or email.  Be sure to leave a factual, concise but detailed, explanation of your question/concern.
• MPS will respond to each inquiry as soon as feasible.

Document Your Details If Problems

• We recommend that you keep a detailed log of all of the communications you receive and whatever you send to MPS during the Aesop start-up.  Note the time, date, whom you spoke with, your question, etc.
• Please retain your notes on all contacts for the first week of Aesop implemenation - through Oct. 24.
