Radio and Billboard Graduation Campaign Launches

WEAC President Mary Bell and MPS educators are on the radio! We are taking time to celebrate our great public schools and graduates as the school year comes to a close.

"The radio spot not only celebrates our successes," said Mary Bell in a quick note to WEAC staff and leaders, "but also calls on us to stand up for quality public schools - even in tough times - because they are the proven path to a bright future."

You can hear the radio ads on a variety of stations, and they feature Laura Vernon, a school safety assistant at Roosevelt School of the Arts, and Rocio Santa, business careers coordinator at South Division High School.

Billboards in the Milwaukee area feature families from across the region, as well as Elston Hortman, teacher at 53rd St. School.

This campaign is made possible through an NEA grant that WEAC received for an image campaign in Milwaukee.

Please wait while we gather your results.
