Wanted: Political Action Volunteers

Help Us Elect Leaders Committed to Public Schools

Politicians at all levels of government make decisions that directly affect educators and the students and families we serve.

 

The so-called No Child Left Behind (NCLB) law labels and punishes public schools, and has made it more difficult to maintain the public's confidence and support.

 

Adequate funding for our schools is another critical issue. Many children in MPS have significant needs which cannot be met without adequate resources. Our ability to help our students achieve depends on budget decisions made by the:
