Constitution Committee 

Drafts amendments, and recommends action by the MEAA Executive Council. Assists members who request help in drafting amendments. Acquintis Chesir is the MTEA staff liaison.

Specific objectives for the 2008-09 school year:

1. Convene at least thirty (30) days prior to the deadline for submitting proposed amendments to assist members in drafting amendments.
2. Review the constitution and draft amendments as directed by the MEAA Executive Council.
3. Draft the proposed amendments submitted by members into proper form, including pros and cons, and recommend approval or disapproval to the MEAA Executive Council.
